There are many applicable methods that you can perform in order to obtain different polymorphs including both solvent-mediated and solid-state experiments.
For solid-state experiments you can use; sublimation, mechanical grinding, cooling from melt with different rate of speeds or temperature cycle and etc.
For solvent-mediated experiments you can use; slow or fast evaporation in different solvents, crash cool, seeding, slurry method, anti-solvent methods, supersaturation method (which refers to Ostwald's rule of stages) and etc.
