Hello,

I need to extract an antigen from human serum. I tried with streptavidine-coated magnetic beads and a pair of biotinylated antibodies. Then I followed the elution procedure, as recommended by the manufacturer, with 100 mM glycine pH 2 for 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I washed off also impurities together with the antigen...Do you know how could I obtain pure antigen? Or do you know about alternative fast methods to extract an analyte from human serum?

Thanks in advance,

Veronica
