I performed binary and ternary mixtures and I'd like to calculate the CI. In each mixtures, I didn't mantaine one drug at a defined concentration, but I used scalar dilutions for each component of the mixture. I mean:

A+B

A/2+B/2

A/4+B/4

A/8+B/4

Can I calcualte the CI using SynergyFinder? It's seems as only combinations with only one variable component are allown.

If SynergyFinder can't analyse this type of interactions, which free software could I use?
