The reaction mixture of 0.3 mL sample + 1.5 mL folin ciocalteau's reagent + 1.2 mL 7.5 % sodium carbonate was incubated at room temperature for 30 min. Gas bubble comes in this method and interferes with absorbance reading. How to avoid this? Please suggest.

Maybe, during preparation of sodium carbonate, shake it and let it stand for a while.

Use an ultrasonic bath during preparation of reagents (Na2CO3) and after vortexing the samples, so at the beginning of the 30min reaction time. This will eliminate most of the bubbles if not all.
If bubbles turn up during the 30min reaction phase, then use the ultrasonic bath before filling the liquid into the cuvettes.
