I recently ran into difficulties. After feeding FITC-labeled drugs to the insects, the insects' intestinal tissues were sectioned and then observed using fluorescence microscopy. However, we found that the insect tissues were showed weak fluorescence, which interfered with our judgment.

Is there any solution for this, please? Or other wavelengths of fluorescent dyes that can avoid the interference of biological autofluorescence. If anyone knows, please help me.
