I am a psychology student and am currently working at a human development center. My work is to save all our clients test answers in a data base and then, based on all that information, we write individual reports for them.
Is there a tool in R (or another software) that allows me to automatically produce individual reports based on the information given by the client in different tests?
I know how to use LaTex and Word as text processor software.

Hi David,
You will need to let us all know where do you actually save this data, since you are suggesting the use of R, then I am assuming (it's logical) you're probably saving your data in SQL with some form of mediating form/shell application.
Having said that, suppose if you have SQL data, you can easily generate reports using the SSRS reporting services. It's a rather easy way to display data based on specific queries, you are expected to know some SQL. Learn more here:

If you have standard alone datasources such as CSV files and XLS, use of SPSS or Excel itself (as the latter can generate graphs) would be recommended. You can also use applications such as Amos et cetera.
Or, since you're into R, for statistical programming, you can easily use solutions such as Tableau or Power BI or something like that. But these are expensive enterprise scale BI applications, so they require infrastructure.
