How to Assemble ITS 1 and ITS 2 Sequence for Isolate submission to ncbi ?

I have already tried submitting by finding the similarity of my test fungal ITS Sequences with the ncbi blast, where similarity is 100%. But, repeatedly I am get notification saying "sequences misassembled"

I have checked in YouTube tutorials and googled all kind of keywords, nothing seems working, please if anyone came across same issue, please suggest necessary actions.
