How to analyze qPCR data in Graph Pad prism directly using Quantification Cq values?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for ways in which it will save me time and reduce human errors while analyzing my qPCR data. I want to eliminate or reduce steps in Excel for example, calculating delta CT or normalization of the data.
