Hello researchers. In my pollen culture experiment, I have to add protein, stain the pollen tubes with fluorescent dye and wash 2-3 times before imaging. During this washing step with the washing buffer, a lot of cultured pollen cells also go wasted along with the microtips. I need suggestions how to reduce this wastage of cultured cells.
