How to add a point mass on particular location of the cantilever beam in ANSYS APDL Software?

I am creating different shape microcantilever beams using ANSYS APDL software, in order to determine the mass sensitivity of those cantilevers, I wants to add a point mass of picogram or nanogram level on particular location of the cantilever suppose 5 or 10 micron away from free end. Can any one tell the procedure?
