How to achieve unhindered descent of Kapton tape from conveyor belt without using silicone pretreatment ?
Silicone treatment of the belt surface by using di- or tri-methyl-Chloro Silane or by any other silane coupling agent - facilitates the release///descent of the Kapton film, but a very thin film of silicone coating often remains on the belt-surface of the Kapton film - thus considerably reducing the adhesive properties of the belt-side of Kapton film. We need any other sort of alternative treatment of the belt.

To y regret the processes you described - are not exactly what I wanted to learn from you.
Namely - I have a very simple system: a conveyor belt made of super-polished steel. On this conveyor is placed a viscous liquid of PolyAmic Acid (PAA) , and it is heated upto
300C - and during the heating process a) residual solvent evaporates and b) the PAA transforms into Polyimide FILM. At the very end of the moving conveyor belt the FILM should be easily detached -- and form a roll. But by somehow very often the descent/// release of the film from the belt - goes not smoothly and the film becomes FOLDED.
So the main problem is how to avoid folding.
