I tried to synthesise the iron oxide nanoparticles by leaf extracts, but they were difficult to separate by centrifugation (10000g, 15 min) according to the previous studies. Do you know any better idea about it？ Finally, thanks for your generous answers.

Dear Jiapan Lian, anti-solvent precipitation is another possibility. Also evaporation and dialysis may work. Are you using any surfactant ? My Regards
Thanks for your great suggestion. No surfactant was added into the reaction solution( just contain leaf extract and FeCl3, basic water). If I have no other choice, evaporation or lyophilization would be a good mean for me as you said. By the way, what's the anti-solvent precipitation? and How dose it work?
