On the picture you can see curves of my qPCR. They look strange to me, because, according to the samples, most of them must be positive. But here only positive controls are, and samples curves (some of them) are rather strange.
What can you advice and how it could be explained?

If you are using matlab simulink in analysis , please change your sample time to 1e-4. or in discrete time use 1e-6 s. decrease the simulation time for 5 sec
