This is a case-control study where I have assessed near-work performance (having 3 dependent continuous variables) in the two groups (one with vision disorder and normal controls). I want to compare my dependent variable in the case and control group with respect to age groups. As per my understanding a two-way ANOVA can be performed. But my dilemma is I have three dependent variables, with two of them showing non-normal distribution and one of them is having normal distribution. Any insights will be helpful.

Why not estimate a binary logistic regression with Case v Control as the DV and with the 3 quantitative variables as explanatory variables?
