Governments must pay greater attention to the right to health, that every human being must have, without distinction of class and wealth. The life of a person without health insurance cannot be worth less than that of an insured one. What's your position?

Authorities should all be looking more than ever for the oppressed people and growing its allocation for the medicinal sector. Recently our country Bangladesh has increasing its allocation for the healthcare field. Our predicament is acceptable so far, but current regime will continue to focus on the wellbeing of poor and oppressed citizens.

Health is one of the basic needs of human beings. Any country would not rely entirely on private sectors to fulfill any of the basic needs like health care. Any of the Governments should not ignore their responsibilities. Mandatory health insurance for all is a very good option.
The health care system is uncoordinated and fragmented and emphasizes intervention rather than prevention and comprehensive health management. Health care costs continue to increase at an unsustainable rate and quality is far from ideal.
The healthcare system in Italy is regionally based, It provides universal coverage to citizens and residents, with public healthcare largely free of charge. Patients usually pay a reduced ticket-fee to take advantage of these health service s and facilities. When people reach a certain age or have a certain degree of the invalidity, they are exempted from any form of payment.
Virus 19 throughout the world has identified deficiencies in
medical care, and in some cases a lack of medical experience.
Therefore, it is necessary for states (governments) to allocate
more funds and pay more attention to medicine in countries.

Any amendment guaranteeing the right to health should have a focus on primary health care, which is preventive and curative. It should also have specific focus on the health of women more specifically reproductive health, children, and the disabled- both physically and mentally. Keeping this in mind there must be more detailed examination of an amendment to the Constitution, guaranteeing the right to health.

The health care system in every country needs to be improved especially in developing and emerging countries focusing on underprivileged communities. Both govt and private sectors need to join hands in providing best services in affordable cost.
