Dear Researchers,
As a part of my PhD thesis, I am delineating the aquifer boundary in a catchment. As a matter of fact, I would like to know which variables/parameters should be considered in order to not include a part of another aquifer which is not hydraulically connected to the studying aquifer?
I would appreciate it, if anybody could refer me to some materials for further information in this regard.

I have not read through the material suggested by other contributors. However, geophysical approach using electrical resistivity method precisely, vertical electrical sounding (VES) combined with drilling and logging of test holes as well as computation of transmissivity coefficient from the interpreted VES data will suffice. You will also have to correlate the strata across the test holes based on logging results vis-a-vis the transmittivity coefficients computed for each stratum.
The aquifer boundary can be delineated by resistivity method -vertical electrical sounding (VES) and 2D imaging,see attachments.

Kindly note that the test holes should be on selected VES points along specific azimuth or traverse(s). 2D ERT could also be used because of its better resolution but could be inhibit by space constraint and invariably the depth which could deny access to aquifers that are deep seated. Moreso, it is always advisable to ground-truth for a more meaningful and geological realistic interpretation of geophysical data.

I would like to know in case where there are not enough geophysical data if it is possible to delineate the groundwater divide on basis of only piezometeric data?

When there are no clear geological boundaries, sudden changes of piezometric levels and the analysis of hydrochemical facies can be useful tools.
Piezometric data can be useful in understanding the system and assign boundary conditions accordingly. You need to consider such data at a similar time. Equipotential lines are normally at right angles with flow lines in case of homogenous isotropic aquifers. Therefore you may assign no flow boundaries parallel to flow direction. Identifying boundary conditions from hydrogeologic maps is mostly site specific, but in test books you may find different cases that may guide you.

When there are no clear geological boundaries, sudden changes of piezometric levels and the analysis of hydrochemical facies can be useful tools. Of course if you have enough data you can delineate a piezometric map and identify the boundary conditions, as it was stated by Osman Abdalla.

All the previous answers are not exactly match your question.
1-To draw the boundaries of your basin, superimposes a square paper over the Basins's location map and then give the x,y coordinates for all nodes which are located along the boundaries.
2-Assign zero values of Transmissivity (T) for all nodes of no flow boundary.
