The attached file is the fitted raman spectrum of graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide . In fitted spectrum threre are multiple component at 2D band of GO and rGO. So which band is used to to calculate I2D/IG ratio to calculate number of layers .

Hello According to Mr. Peyman I think its correct, But I am thinking about the y axis as it is intensity but as a count, which I don't believe will be exact same for every sample unless the Raman working area is very much controlled. If you do it in a dark room then I am ok but still there will be chance of noise that you can introduce from the surrounding environment. However, just as an info saying that.
Hey Nikil, you have received a high amount of noise while analyzing your specimen. To get the correct number of layers, you can simply deconvolute the 2D band by Lorentzian fit. The Raman spectra of rGO are not seem reduced graphene oxide due to the height of the D band intensity is lower than that of G band. Here, I attached two papers for the reference that you can get fruitful information and way to measure the IG/I2D.
