The term “groups” is bit general and quite wide. It can include possibly technical and/or non technical groups. Promoted and/or directly recruited group of people and ethnic groups etc. So, I suggest, make it bit sharper for better understanding the context. Moreover, also it is quite important to know which type of organization i.e. technical/scientific or non technical, Private sector or public sector organization etc.

Dear Mr. Asmat, thank you for your feedback. I appreciate.
Please include technical, non-technical, promoted, directly recruited groups of people etc. And regarding the type of organization please give your input for both manufacturing and service organizations (you can separate them in your comment if you like) in private sector only.
Your answer was really helpful to elaborate the questions further. Again thank you!
From a service point of view, Foster the development and maintenance of internal relationships among various groups are the consequences thereof for the maturity of maintenance
It can be argued that maintenance can be seen as providing a service, whereas development is concerned with the development of products.
Differences between products and services affect the way in which customers assess their respective quality. Consequently, customers will judge the quality of maintenance differently from that of development. This in turn implies a need for different processes than those used by the average development organization.
"Managers have several methods at their disposal to improve the intergroup cooperation in a workplace and thereby help improve efficiency and productivity. By encouraging a cooperative environment, you are creating a better workplace."
Organizations can foster the development and maintenance of internal relationships among various groups through following many ways, such as recognizing, rewarding and celebrating collaborative behavior.
