Actually, i would like to compute the evolution of the disturbances w.r.t. time. The eigenvalue problem solution gives behavior of the disturbances over a long period of time.
How mathematically it can be implemented. If any references are available, please suggest.

If you know all the eigenvalues, the evolution of the state is
sum over i of a(i,t) exp(-j e(i) t / hbar)
as a solution plugged into the time dependent Schrodinger eq.
where a(i,t) are amplitudes of state i, jj=-1, e(i) the eigenvalues, and t the time.
You start from some initial condition imposed on the amplitudes, at t=0 say.
