You can look at miRBase and miRDB. miRdb will give all the miRNAs binding to your 3ÜTR sequence. psRNATarget Scan is another tool that will give you a list of miRNAs binding to your sequence along with its binding energy and other details. if you exlore you will get to know from the list how to determine if those miRNAs are experimentally validated or not.
