I am a PhD student at Tufts University and I have been asked to gather some feedback from the scientific community for a product development project.

Based on work being done in my lab we have seen cell-dish interactions having negative effects on the tissue culture, both limiting the desired cell-cell interactions as well as causing encapsulation in our insect cultures.

How often does this problem come up for those who regularly do cell culture?

Are treated plates sufficient in treating this problem?

If a product was offered that could further reduce cell-plate interaction would you be interested in trying it?
