How much is the refrective index of PLGA?

I want to achive the PDI of PLGA nanoparticle by MALVERN device but I donot know the refrective index of PLGA.

You can use the default value of Poliestiren Latex in the Malverns software, the refractive index of PLGA is quite the same.
