How much energy is required for the complete utilization of 100 g urea ( N = 45 %) into microbial protein if supplemented in ration of ruminants ?

Urea is being used as NPN source by ruminants for Microbial crude protein synthesis. But for its efficient utilization there is need of energy sources like grains. Can any one suggest the amount of extra energy/grain to be added per 100 g of urea in the ration. Please provide the reference of calculation.
