I wanted to make several different types of sensors communicate each other through main controller. Each child sensor should send data to main controller or mother controller, based on the data received by child controller should do some kind of activity like making data display on screen, data to voice, send to another child(child 2) .etc.
So what kind of architecture i can follow for this kind of system.

Use I²C or SPI communication protocols. of corse sensors must have I²C or SPI interface to be able to communicate with microcontroller

As M.T. Boudjiet states, I2C (half-duplex) and SPI (full-duplex) are the two main protocols. Another is JTAG. Some manufacturers use their own variants of these (particularly I2C).
I have yet to find an ADC or DAC with a resolution above 16-bit, so you may well find in some circumstances you have no choice in the protocol (a pain when you are writing your own interface modules in Verilog for FPGAs).
Having two or more 'slave' devices communicate with each other is not always straight-forward and can lead to a lot of frustration with time-critical systems.

Hi, the CAN-bus is also valuable for larger applications addressing a complex sensor network with a communication protocol stack, error frames and message priority control. There is also a large spectrum of sensors and applications available (automotive industry). You can find advanced protocol schemata like CANopen for this technical setup. Regards
