Hi,

I'm currently working on extracting protein from iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes for Western blot analysis. For each experiment, I'm using approximately 8 × 10⁵ cells. I’m wondering whether this cell number is sufficient to detect my protein of interest via Western blot.

If not, could you please recommend an appropriate cell count or protein concentration that would ensure a successful detection?

Thank you for your guidance!
