I have used primers for years and a few F/T cycles will not harm. Still I would recommend to prepare aliquots when you prepare a new stock. This will also reduce the risk of contamination.
store aliquots made up in TE not water at -20 for ever.I also used primers over 10 years old that were stored frozen The in use aliquot should not be frozen just store for months at +4c. The primer concentration in PCR is a vast excess so losing some does not make much difference to PCR
