Hi, I was doing recently western blotting, using Lamin A/C antibodies purchased fro NEB. The WB showing three size bands ..Any one knows why ?

For lamin A/C, two bands should appear only, but in my wb i get three and i cannot elucidate it.

How long we can keep using set of primers? is freeze-thawing cycle as we take them from the freezer affects its efficacy?

I run PCR products in a gel, however, out of 10 samples I get 2 missing, primers are validated and RNA integrity is v.good, any idea how to fix it?
