I recently working on PCR-based site-directed mutagenesis, and I have some questions about the stability and storage of PCR products (before and after DpnI treatment).
How long can I store my PCR products (before DpnI treatment) at 4°C or -20°C?
And Is DpnI-treated PCR product stable? How should I store them?
My PCR products should be plasmids and I think they (before DpnI treatment) can be store at 4°C for a week, or at -20°C for about 2 month?

I would not recommend storing at 4°C for long. Polymerases are still active at 4, albeit at low levels. You should be ok storing at -20 for some period of time (-80 might be even better). I don't think it matters whether you store before or after DpnI treatment.
Thank you Michael J. Benedik ! How long can I store at -20°C? I need to store them for at least 1 week before transforming them into competent cells.
Is it ok if I treat my PCR products with DpnI, storing them at -20°C for 1 week, and do the transformation?
