How is the maximum permitted level of Arsenic (As) and Copper (Cu) in fish muscle?

Dear RG members,

Could anyone give me the information about the maximum Arsenic (As) and Copper (Cu) level in fish recommended to eat?

WHO recommend < 0.05 mg/kg as Arsenic and < 0.5 mg/kg as Copper in Fish.
