How is the expression of tRNA genes regulated in RIL plasmid?

The regulation of tRNA genes in pACYC based codon plus RIL or in pLysS plasmid is unclear. Does anyone know what promoter controls the expression of these genes?? Does anyone possess the sequence of these plasmids?

Dear Lakshmi,

As far as I have read the pLysS plasmid can regulate induction by the T7 promoter more tightly in the BL21 expression strains. Since T7 is inherently leaky, the incorporation of the T7 lysozyme helps in suppressing background levels.
