I'm trying to study the induction of TFH cells in a vaccine protocol. I will label murine spleen and Limph nodes to detect TFH cells using aCD4, aCD279, aCD19, aCD3 and CXCR5.
Which Is the best form to lable CXCR5 at 37°C or 4°?
