Whereever you copied this graph there should be a frequency or a strain rate given in the text. The loading ramps look linear, so you only need to read out the extreme values. You can use a freeware tool like PlotDigitizer for that.

This cyclic loading is related to an experimental project but unfortunately there is no frequency ratio and standard code mentioned in paper . i think it's method B of ASTM E2126-11 standard. Although i used Plot Digitizer that you recommended and that was helpful. Thanks a lot

usually we carry out cyclic loading as an amplitude in ABAQUS

e.g, you enter displacement increment=0.2 Dy with amplitude

then write amplitude as

time=0 ampl=0

time=5 ampl=5 (which is corresponding to Dy)

time=15 ampl=-5 (which is corresponding to -Dy)

time=30 ampl=10 (which is corresponding to 2Dy)

and so on

and it is better to choose dynamic implicit -quasi static
