Can anyone please suggest me a way to visualize folic acid (in folic acid decorated nanoparticles) under Transmission Electron Microscopy? Any tagging methods or literature in this regards will be of of great help and humbly appreciated.

But generally with standard transmission electron microscope used in material science (200-300 kV acc. voltage) and with only dropping the solution on support grid (+ drying) you can obtain very nice images of your nanoparticles, whilst FA will be most probably visible just as a slurry-like coating with low contrast. You can increase the contrast of FA with strong defocus, which will also make mess of your NP-image, or use staining (like uranyl-acetate).
You should stained with 2% negative staining for increasing the contrast for FA layer and visualize it at lower KV about 120.
