Please anyone tell me about the concentration of the antibiotic for making the antibiotic discs.

I usually use commercially prepared Antibiotics disc for antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
However, I suggest you to prepare an antibiotic solution of 1 microgram/microliter concentration. Then, if you transfer 20/30/50 microliter into sterile blank discs, then allow the discs to dry up.
What is the purpose? Concentration depends on experimental requirements. For susceptibility test concentrations being used by commercial suppliers may be followed. If you preparing the discs yourself carefully look in to solubility of each antibiotics. See the attached file.
I often prepare my antibiotic disc in the laboratory, the concentration depends largely on the antibiotic i n question and purpose.
The concentration could be calibrated or specific based on the generally accepted standard.
