I'm not sure what you mean, your question seems a little vague. I guess it depends on what you wish to prove/what your objectives are, what is(are) you dependent variable(s), etc. Could you be more specific?

Seyi, you may use the organized, systematic approach to your research. You start with your problem statement (that includes identification of your variables and indicators/measures), followed by your hypotheses, and come the identification of your quantitative or statistical analysis tools to use. That is the forward pass, where you do not use "hit-and-miss", " trial-and- error" identification of statistical tools.
