It is known that the elastic properties of the arterial wall are changed depending on the tone of arteries, and the relationship is not linear.
I try to simulate the process of occlusion of the brachial artery, and want to find experimental evidence influence of the compression and decompression on the elastic properties of the artery walls, in particular I'm interested in the value of the modulus of elasticity (secant Young's modulus).
Those materials that I found quite contradictory.

Some data about mechanical properties of arteria you can find in papers which have published in "Journal of Biomechanics". But the majority of these tests were performed in conditions which are far from "in vivo" state. Unfortunately, tests "in vitro" do not allow us to take into account the tone factor and so on.
