Supposing we are analyzing blood flow through a stented artery. I have been simulating one strut of a stent on the artery wall as a 2D axisymmetric model (I attached an image of the geometry). If I suppose WSS = 0.5 Pa as a low threshold for WSS how can I calculate the low WSS area percentage for my simulation? Is there any "Biologically active area" for calculating this percentage? For instance, I have derived a CFD-post output file of WSS on the whole lumen-tissue interface. It contains 4074 points and 247 points of them are below 0.5 Pa. However, I think I should work out this percentage on a specific length around the strut. Could anyone tell me about this length, please?

Thank you in advance for your answers.
