Dear Samir,

I still have some doubts. Attached is a picture of ZnO sol obtained after 24 hours of aging. The chemicals used were zinc acetate, aluminum nitrate in 2-propanol and triethanolamine as stabilizer. We can see a white deposit in the beaker which is probably ZnO sol. My question is how to deposit it further by spin coating or dip coating..shall I remove the white ZnO deposit from the 2-propanol solution and use any other solvent ?

you can use centrifuge and add 2-propanol to spin coat it.
