Hello all,

First, I build a capacitive structure in 3DBuilder (fully clamped structure with 2 entities and 1 level for airgap)

Second, I click "Export to Analysis Module" and the structure will open in TEM (Thermo Electro Mechanical), I Modify their material, load, boundary, etc.

I see the number of entities are (2) as soon as I do the arrangement for Mesh, The entities show nothing the number of entities become (0)

and analysing finishes without any results.
