A patient was diagnosed with Phyllodes tumors, tumor of left breast s/p resection in the past and now with newly diagnosed colon cancer, but also on CT found to have pancreatic mass s/p biopsy was positive for Phyllodes tumors. Patient being treated with FOLFOX , but pancreatic mass is getting bigger. What should be my next step?
