Morphology is not enough to affirm that your are facing apoptotic cell death.

Morphology is "indicative of" ... or "suggests that ...".

You must perform additional biochemical tests to affirm that you are observing apoptotic cell death (see the attached articles).

They are quite blurry....difficult to say.

I think that you need also soem other approach. This inspection is not enougha
