In first picture (low magnification), can we consider the two black cells on top corners apoptotic? In second picture is high magnification of one of the cells and also appear dark.
Dear Heba,
Morphology is not enough to affirm that your are facing apoptotic cell death.
Morphology is "indicative of" ... or "suggests that ...".
You must perform additional biochemical tests to affirm that you are observing apoptotic cell death (see the attached articles).
