When conducting a pushover analysis and examining the results, the structure's ductility ratio at the performance point did not exceed 1, and the equivalent damping remained at 5% according to the FEMA400 EL method.
Heba Ibraheem: In my opinion, the structure is relatively more stiffer. The structural sections can be optimized and the obtained base shear can be compared with design base shear for more idea.

Most of the time, structures with strong sections remain linear during pushover analysis with specified target displacement.
But make sure that you have defined and assigned plastic hinges truly and the pushover analysis has been completely on your model.
Also you should check pushover load cases in ETABS and make sure that you have defined them truly according to the ASCE 41 criteria in a true way.

But the Displacement coefficient method gave plasticity to the structure and plastic hinges as well as a yield point and a target displacement point. I think the problem is not in the origin or the plastic hinges
Note the difference between the performance point of two methods
The main problem is with ETABS algorithm which can not consider and draw bi-linear curve truly. Take your curve and use excel to draw bi-linear curve instead of drawing it in SAP or ETABS.
