How do you prepare a vesicle of mycolic acids and make it soluble in buffer solution?

In the conventional way, mycolic acids are dissolved in chloroform under nitrogen atmosphere followed by evaporation of chloroform under vaccum to get vesicle of mycolic acids. But I have found vesicles of mycolic acids are not properly formed because they remain insoluble in buffer. So, I am looking for any alternative pathway to prepare vesicles of mycolic acid. The structure of mycolic acids has been attached.
