It is a matter of lifestyle. If you have it you must have time for exercise. If you dont have it you need to rethink of your daily routine and re-change and re-modify your way of living. Nowadays, bundle of evidences showed that sitting time with inactivity behavior are the most risk factor affect your health negatively. Set your goals and prioritize them. Make time every opportunity and chance you could stretch your body on your spot. Move using legs more than motor in any means.
Work Life Balance really important... I'm also addicted to gym and exercise.
But time management is required when you study grad school. Work in nice environment and also try to eat clean :) or U can try new exercise such as TRX, High altitude training or Body Combat.
If ppl got bad eating behavior, exercise no use already.
Having yoga sessions, twice a week, keeps me fit for a very heavy schedule. I recommend this for every kind of purpose.
As for coping with the heaviest schedule possible, the only way to cope is living one day after the other, sleeping tight, between days , and enjoying myself as much as I can, every minute of the day (I'm lucky).
Dear @Shankadeep, I have a great jogging track in college, and another one near home, so I jog and brisk walk. I quite enjoy walking backwards at times, although I cannot be as quick. When it rains, I use a treadmill in the house.
In the late evening, I enjoy Yoga; it's relaxing and burns a few more calories. The Yoga lessons taught me mindfulness, eat slowly and with awareness. But I stay away from our favorite national breakfast that's 400 kcal - nasi lemak or fragrant rice. (You can see it here.)
On the weekends you can manage your time, and do some aerobic exercise. And other option is if there is a shower in your workplace, instead of going by car, you can go by bike. And If you don't have time for this, just eat properly.
A most basic feature and attitude is reducing and eliminating stress. If you get to do that, you are free, and very active in your own tasks. Easy to say, hard to accomplish.

As per me, to be fit-means to do all our jobs at right time in a successful way. although, we all know well that excercise, which keep us physically healthy, also make us psychologically strong, thus contributing to our positivity. however, it is also very difficult to carry out some regular exercise schedule. however, certain tricks will be more helpful for keeping us healthy. for example, to acquire flat on a distance from our lab/office. To avoid use of vehicles, instead ,to go by walk, or by cycle. similarly, in case of public transport, to be standing instead of sitting. also, in office, instead of elevator to use, stairs should be used. laptop, could also be used in standing position. coffee should be prepared by ourself, rather than asking servants/colleagues. lunch should be carried out in a restaurant far away from working position, by walking with colleagues. and most of all, maintaining, a joyful face and a good company of friends in working environment.
