With personal regret at first, and testing in a second step, wether the reasons of refuse are transparent, comprehensible, or not. If the latter has happened, then you must not be disappointed but be pleased, your writing is much more valuable than the journal deserves. Check strictly your text in discussion with others, perhaps improve something, and then (a) send it to another journal, (b) expend the text to a book.
Same way you get many regrets for job applications, handle journal rejections the same way if you do have a way.
Try try again
Make necessary corrections in the light of comments received from the journal and submit that paper to another journal.
don't be disappoint, i am facing this situation. actually the one journal receiving many papers with same topic and there are suggestion with rejection and if someone follow these suggestion can improve his article and resubmit to another .
Its not a pleasurable experience, especially when the Journal has prolonged coming out with that decision in months! However, it should not be a disappointment. Usually, areas in the research paper that need tightening up must be worked on and resubmitted to another journal.
Rejecting of paper should be an event for learning and not for galloping in despair and disappointment.
Dear Dennis Atsu Dake , don't give up. Learn from the comments for rejection. Try to enrich your manuscript following the comments again and again with patience. If you do this, for sure your manuscript will get published.

It used to be despair, but now is fresh hope to find another (better) journal.
Deal rationally with the observed parameters for rejection and forward the paper to another related journal. Those observations are the learning process for article preparation and should not be an instrument to discourage an author for future publication.
I think by rejection you mean the paper is rejected even after compliance. This is a serious matter and has to be handled cautiously. Improve the quality of paper to a level that it is accepted for publication in a journal better than the rejected one!!!
It is possible. Nothing to worry Never get disappointed. Considering such situation a challenge, ensure that it is published in journal better than which rejected. Never be discouraged. Seek assistance and help of peers guide or other academicians but challenge must be accepted and must acquire the honor back

One may improve the quality of the subject matter from the referee comments. Also the paper writing skill is very important and could be acquired by spending more and more time on that. That's what I learned.
