I want to get the structures and the references (articles) of the inhibitors present in the clinical trails/pre-clinical trails & fda approved, for the targets (1) Tankyrase
(2) Beta catenin. In this regard, Can any one please tell me how can I get the above mentioned information. I have tried in pubmed but around 2500 papers are coming and it is very difficult to read those many papers to sort & I have tried in clinical trails.gov but i am not able to get the structures of the inhibitors. So, Please help me out in getting this information.

They tend to keep structures a secret until they are forced to disclose. If it doesn't turn up in clinicaltrials.gov, it probably hasn't been disclosed publically yet.

ChEMBL database is one of the best databases to answer your question and since is human curated the information is quite reliable:
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/chembl/
They annotate if the molecule is FDA approved, in clinical trials or in preclinical studies. You can search on the database your targets of interest, and there you will have access to the articles and to download the inhibitors. However, take into account that the information on drugs in clinical trials is sometimes not fully updated, specially relating the exact phase of the clinical trials. The best solution we found is to mine directly the FDA clinical trials website taking into account all synonims of the drug of interest:
https://clinicaltrials.gov/
This way you would get the inhibitors from ChEMBL and information in their clinical state from clinicaltrials.gov. This is the best approach we found. Hope it proves useful to you!

Thank you very much for all for your valuable suggestions. In the clinicaltrails.gov the search space is very high, for some proteins we shall get around 900 hits & upto thousands for some other proteins, which is very difficult to understand and analyse. after posting this question, I have tried and got this website http://www.selleckchem.com/, where you just keep the name of the target (protein name) in the search bar, you shall get the inhibitos and all the information (clinical trails) very clearly along with the NCT number (clinicaltrails.gov reference number). once again thank you for your valuable information.
