I want to know how to determine the exact ratio between N/P -chitosan/siRNA delivery for in vitro study.
First calculate the number of Nitrogen (N) in chitosan via ninhydrin test.
Calculate the number of phosphates in the siRNA based on number of basepairs. and find the ratio.
The supplementary section of following paper may give you better insight.
