As there is a ketone group on your compound you could try KMnO4 staining or DNPH staining :
- KMnO4 staining (3g of KMnO4, 20g of K2CO3, 5mL of 5% aqNaOH in 300mL of distilled water). Requires heating of the TLC plate after dipping. You'll observe yellow-orange spots.
- 2,4-DNPH staining (12g of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine, 60mL of conc. H2SO4, 80mL of distilled water in 200mL of 95% EtOH). Do not requires heating of the TLC plate after dipping. You'll observe yellow spots.
according to my knowledge there are another way to identify the (DHT) like GC-Mass ,FT-IR or HPLC which is more efficient than TLC , you can see the HPTLC technique in this paper attached. I hope it help .
