If I ask you, Which flask is better for your cell culture? or What parameters or specifications you look in a flask? what will be your answer.
For example, you have different type of flasks from different companies/brands. How do you know which is better for you?
Do you actually look for any specific criteria before you choose one, if that case, what things you look for?

If you need it for standard conditions cell culture, I generally choose by brand. Corning or Greiner Bio One are my usual choices. With other brands I had some attachment problems, however, that only happens when trying to grow primary cultures. An establish cell line will probably attach to most flasks. The size of the flask depends on what you want to do with your cells, but a T25 will always be necessary to start your cultures.
If you're working with primary cells, you're going to want to research the cell type and it's attachment. Some prefer collagen or gelatin coated flasks, while others will do fine on regular tissue culture flasks. You can always just get tissue culture coated flasks and get your own gelatin and coat them yourself as needed. Corning flasks for tissue culture coated are sufficient.
I would say the the choice of the container to be used depends upon specific application and nature of the cell types. It's kind of "No one size fits all". Selection of surface treatments depends whether you are using adherent cells, suspension cells or spheroids. In general, it's important to make sure if flasks are used, you choose the ones with wide angle for easy access to the growth surface etc..
I would tell a specific preference of cell depending on applications of ur cell models and need it varies of sizes such as (25cm2 and 500cm2) and various surface procedures, for example, special demands and cell models, generally for adherent and suspension cultures cell model use T25, T75, T175, and T225.
