Is there any assay to quantify the NADPH produced by the neutrophils?

I am looking to measure the co-factor NADPH produced by the cells, especially in the neutrophils after my treatment. Is there any particular colorimetric or fluorimetric assays are there to quantify it? There were articles on measuring NADPH dependent enzymes. But I want to measure only the NADPH production. Kindly share your answers please...

There are kits available commercially. For example, this kit from Sigma:

The instructions explain how to measure NADPH without also measuring NADP.
